Rates for event photography depend on duration, location and complexity of event.
Typical cost of coverage with one
photographer starts at $450 per half day (3.5 hours), and $800 for a seven hour day.
- Photographer retains copyright ownership of images, with usage rights negotiated before event.
- Limited access on-line galleries will be provided within two business days after event for clients to review and choose images to be edited
- Edited images will be delivered via on-line download, or CD, DVD, or BluRay disc.
- Edited images are delivered within two weeks of event end; rush service requires additional fees
- Travel expenses are negotiated for each event.
